I'm Dr. Çağrı Üzüm, founder of NovaManufact Automation. I have 15 years of experience in manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and manufacturing software. I build stable, self-running processes by removing repetitive manual work and handing them over so they run without me.
What I Do
I work with small and mid-size manufacturers on one workflow at a time. A workflow is any repeatable process that currently requires manual effort: capturing incoming RFQs, extracting data from emails, preparing quotes, or tracking follow-ups with customers.
I identify where the friction is, then build automation using tools you already have, such as Outlook, Excel, or your existing CRM. No new IT systems to learn. Inquiries get captured and structured automatically. Data moves between systems without copy-paste. The workflow keeps running regardless of who is available.
Each project focuses on a single workflow and is delivered in about two weeks.

My previous role involved leading Customer Success at 3D Spark, a manufacturing software startup. Prior to this, I served as an Application Engineer at Nikon SLM Solutions, a global pioneer in metal 3D printing. I have also gained valuable experience in research, business development, and technical sales roles at W.R. Grace & Co., a leading chemicals company, and Surflay Nanotec GmbH, a nanotechnology startup. I hold a PhD in Applied Sciences from Technische Universitat Berlin.
